My tiered commission structure provides greater flexibility to Sellers. I do not have a "one size fits all" Listing Fee that is set in stone, it varies depending on what services are covered in the commission. When working with me, you can select a "Listing Package" that closely aligns with your property's needs and budget considerations. I understand each property and homeowner's situation is unique. Whatever the case may be, you can select a "Listing Package" that caters to your situation. The options include a comprehensive package with a bundle of top tier services (all the "Bells & Whistles"), as well as more competitively priced options with tailored services. Regardless of what package is selected, I handle every listing with the utmost care, professionalism, and dedication at every stage of the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Note: All commissions are calculated as a % of the final sale price.
