My listing packages are presented in tiers to give you greater flexibility. Rather than offering a "one-size-fits-all" single option, you can choose from a selection of listing packages, each delivering a different combination of marketing tools and services to showcase your home. Options range from an "Essentials" streamlined package to more comprehensive packages that include enhanced "media-rich" offerings and professional "home-styling" services.

By offering a fully hands-on approach, I personally manage every detail—from listing preparation and marketing to negotiation and coordination for closing—ensuring you receive attentive, concierge-level service throughout the process.
Please Note: My “Curated Listing Packages” are available to property owners who book a Listing Consultation. Each package tier includes a corresponding commission rate, calculated as a percentage of the final sale price. All details will be outlined and finalized in the formal Listing Agreement. I collaborate on select listings with Nicole Digalakis, Sales Representative.
